Prepare properly for your Science mocks
Avi’s Science GCSE Mock Crams provide focused preparation for Year 11 students approaching their school mock examinations.
Across three intensive subject-specific sessions, students will strengthen their understanding of essential GCSE content, practise applying their knowledge and learn how to revise more effective.
Each session combines clear explanations, examiner insight, equations guidance, revision strategies and exam technique. Students will also work through selected practice questions to see how scientific knowledge must be applied under examination conditions.
Students may book an individual subject session or attend all three courses as a complete Science Mock Cram package.

Course Details
Focus on core content and exam technique
Each session combines detailed content revision with guidance on how knowledge must be used in GCSE examinations.
Clear explanations that make Science understandable
Complex scientific ideas will be broken down into clear structures, helping students understand how topics connect rather than relying only on memorising isolated facts.
Expert examiner insights
Students will receive direct guidance on how questions are assessed, what examiners are looking for and how to avoid common errors that lose marks.
Equations and calculations
Students will receive focused support with the equations and mathematical skills required for each science, including how to select, rearrange and apply equations
correctly.
Revision strategies
Students will learn how to organise their revision, use the specification efficiently and revise actively rather than simply reading or highlighting notes.
Exam-question practice
Selected questions will be used throughout each session to demonstrate how knowledge, calculations and exam technique work together.
Detailed course notes
Notes will be provided to support the content and techniques covered during each session.

Why Attend the Science Mock Crams?
Mock examinations arrive early in Year 11, often before students have developed an effective revision system or understood how the full Science course fits together.
These sessions are designed to address both challenges.
Students will receive concentrated preparation for their immediate mocks while also

With more than 20 years of GCSE teaching and examiner experience, Avi Friedmann provides clear explanations, expert assessment guidance and practical strategies that help students understand what they are learning and how to demonstrate it successfully in an examination.
These sessions are designed to help students make sense of the subject, identify what matters and approach their revision with greater clarity and confidence.
